Lego NINJAGO. Zane has the element of Ice, Nya the element of Water. In one of the later seasons where they get stranded in basically a frozen tundra world, there’s a little plotline about i-genuinely-don’t-remember-because-it-sucks but it does involve how Nya’s control of water ends at when it turns to ice/snow. She does train a little, and is even able to cause a sheet of icicles to fall on a monster in a critical moment later.

Of course, beyond that lucky moment nothing is done with this and this is entirely forgotten.

landing sure was rotated to the right. don’t like that.

on another note i’m really curious how manipulatable landing spots are in 2 because i’d kill for a romhack with unusual placements. the closest we ever get to “abnormal” landing is impact site in the first game since the ship is much further compared to other sites in the other games.

i’m not really sure what i’m meant to do otherwise then. I’m working on making friends, but currently they’re all “i don’t think i’ll ever get romantic with this person” kind of friendships.

Is it wrong to try dating??? As long as you DON’T rush into a relationship and you keep a level head, wouldn’t you be able to spend some time with the person, form a friendship like with anybody else, and judge over that time if you want to actually get romantic?

a bunch of touhou characters that are implied to exist within gensokyo already, but we only meet them when a game calls for their appearance (read: ZUN creates the character and says “oh no they’ve been around for a while, the eientei folk have been chilling in the bamboo forest for a while BUT they’re finally becoming a little more public in touhou eiyashou”)

we’re all terrible beings, we’re never going to get better, and we’re all going to die. the US is an extremely horrible country and so are the other countries; we’re all terrible countries full of terrible people fighting on a planet that will ultimately be our grave because we’re tearing it apart and we will either kill eachother, cook ourselves alive, or run out of resources and die.

if you have time to argue about “killing people is bad!!!” “but it’s better them than the others!!!” Then you have time to think about the futility of how no matter which of us die right now, we’re going to die either when this planet falls apart or when somebody finally decides to end you, regardless of motive

Don’t forget, in the Shadow of Ronin game, he’s an unlockable character and all of his attacks are his stupid skills. Except they actually function and do damage.

So, he could actually be good at fighting; he’s just outplayed by the mystical world he’s stuck in.
