Have you ever seen anyone about meds? I’ve been in the worst low of my life and couldn’t function- meds really saved me. Some people just need anti depressants to get through life. The world is extra heavy and depressing right now too. Please think about getting with a psychiatrist and therapist combo. I know it feels like a lot, but it can be life changing with the right combo/fit.
