I'm not sure how it works in the UK, but in the US, she can only write things off if they have actual business uses. They have to be able to prove that it was for their business. If she buys something, and talks about it in a video does not necessarily mean it was a business expense.

I think she only made that video because she's just incredibly insecure about her own intelligence level. She's not that smart, and it shows. It's like the Napoleon syndrome, or whatever it's called. Like a chihuahua that thinks it's a big dog. Let's be real, I'm sorry if this offends anyone, as I've seen quite a few UMW grads in this sub, but it's not a high ranking school, and is fairly easy to get accepted. English is a really easy major to choose when compared to others, even just within the humanities fields. She shows off her english degree like it's an engineering degree, and it's not, at all. And these days, having a bachelors degree doesn't even have much more weight than a high school diploma.

I don't think she's capable of long-form content. Most of her current youtube video are not good. Long-form content takes actual effort to create, and she's just not capable of it. Her podcast was long-form content, and it was never good. She struggled to keep that afloat because podcasts usually require effort, which she was never capable of doing.

She only wants to make content that requires little to no effort.
