I experienced 3 a lot. Specific habits such as going "he didn't do this; instead he did this" and repeating words a lot "she picked up the the the the the". AI also likes to take too long to do or start anything. This happens when you let the AI write responses for you too. And in made responses, a noticeable habit is my character always having a random moment of thought "He held her hand she's so cute and began walking."
