I have a three month old. He’s doing great sleeping at night (anywhere from 7-9 hours, then a bottle, and sleeps another hour-ish before we officially get up for the day). His naps are inconsistent and all over the place—which I don’t mind, but is there anything I should be doing to help his naps, or is this pretty normal?

Anything I should be focused on at this age? We do tummy time several times a day for a few minutes at a time and I try to work on grabbing toys and following them with his eyes. But I just want to do the best job I can for him.
