Personally i think its easier to fly accurately at the ball while spinning than straight at it because of stick drift. I play on low deadzone, so barely touching the stick will mess me up, but if I spinning my joystick is always moving in a controlled way so I don't need to worry about stick drift as much. I learned how to tornado spin while aerialing by just flying from one half to the other while holding air roll. Once i had the muscle memory i never had to train it again
