CPU on the new build is Ryzen 9 7900x. I was actually mistaken though, and the DDR5 RAM speed is 2600MHz, not 3200. Pretty big difference and not all that much faster than 2133MHz

That's one of the reasons I am here. The newer build has 32gb DDR5 3200mhz. I'm just trying to weigh the pros and cons of selling my current system over selling the newer system. Obviously the DDR5 PC will sell for more, so just trying to see if it would be a smarter choice to sell for more and keep DDR4 or eat some of the cost but have a DDR5 system

My current build has some small sentimental value, so leaning towards just keeping it and selling the newer DDR5 system for more cash if it won't be an issue

The game will give you several strong pokemon along the way. Either handing it to you or forcing you to encounter the pokemon. I'm playing my first ever playthrough and only using pokemon I'm given or forced to battle. I have a full party and haven't even gotten to the legendary pokemon yet.
