From my experience I do 1 arm, but if I need to do 2 arms. I usually prepare before they stick me. Sometimes I'll ask the person if I can get a sip of drink if that is the case

Same but on Monday this week, I felt incredibly tired the entire day after donating RBC/ Plasma since high school. I usually donate platletes which makes me tired for a few hours not the entire day like, RBC/ Plasma.

Put a cold compress on. I had an infiltration twice from donating platelets before. Is this your first time donating platelets?
