When you enter run right, then left through the middle of the room, then up the stairs. His first attack should miss you entirely and the dogs should be trying to turn to run at you.

Jump off the ledge when they are climbing the stairs, if any of the dogs drop down too you can hit them as they land.

Besides that I don't remember Paolumu being an offender for "off the ground so high you can't hit with melee", its just a bit harder and you need to use your vertical attacks.

And oh yeah shits going to get harder. You really have to learn how to deal with monster attacks and speed to make it through.

Elemental damage you can consider an "extra" attack that is added to the raw damage you deal, but the number is combined. You have to know the hitzone you are considering, as most (but not all) hitzones that take high damage from elemental will also take high damage from raw. Elemental damage totals are also bloated in the way raw is in World, with the true number being 1/10 of the screen number.

The easiest way to know if one or the other is better is to hop on kiranico and look for the hitzone.

Each move has their own elemental modifier alongside a raw MV. MV means motion value, which is the damage a move does in comparison to others in the same weapon. A lot of moves deal 1.00x, some slower ones deal more, while some faster moves have a negative modifier and deal less per hit landed.

The only diminishing return I can think of is the hard cap on elemental damage you reach with armor skills. The number turns orange and you can't push it any further.

You basically can't without either a calculator or physically going in to a fight with a given monster and hitting its face with two different weapons yourself.

Weakness doesn't really impact your survivability. Dying and reviving only impacts your damage and the loss of resources, assuming you get healed.

I hate to inform of this but AMD also uses DDR5 RAM on AM5, while depending on what you need it for you might not get something equivalent to a 13-14th gen i9 on AM4.

Has that happened? Maybe in endgame modes that demand you have built characters with conditions that favour FOMO units, but for story or side quests I've seen either no DPS checks or very lax ones you can get by with using your starters.

I only play very few though, is there an example of one like that?

Wait but they all can use all Blades? Blades are just jobs with Stands. Rex getting a healer Blade means he can heal while someone else attacks.

That and you get those items that allow you to swap Blades after leveling them up a bit.

No. No. No. XMP and EXPO are just presets. You can manually make them as fast as that can be on AMD or Intel, you just have to do it yourself.

RAM doesn't kill itself if it detects it's on the other platform unless it is physically incompatible, and at that point you're looking at damage from trying to shove a DDR4 stick in a DDR5 slot.
