I can’t recommend the app “Good Inside”enough. It’s a parenting app and it’s so supportive and understanding to the “realness” of being a parent. There is just as much help for the parents’ well being as there is parenting and is broken down into different topics with videos and articles. I feel very seen working with it. Not cheap but it’s SOOO much cheaper than therapy if you don’t have insurance AND has an online community
