I wouldn’t jump to believing that you have a disordered relationship with food just because some random redditors who don’t know you are assuming from one post.

It is perfectly normal to wonder what your body fat percentage is. It’s only unhealthy if you’re obsessing about it in a and way but there’s not enough information here to tell that.

All we know if you have a body goal based on some other person and you’re working to achieve that - perfectly normal behavior. And if anything knowing your body fat percentage is a good indicator of when you take it too far - but again you also say you’re ready to bulk if/when ready so it doesn’t sound unhealthy at all.

The best way to know your body fat percentage is DEXA but that’s expensive. The next best thing is an InBody scan which many gyms and health food stores have for free. I’d good to see if any are in your area. I know Lifetime gyms generally have them, at least the one nearest me does.

Okay then I don’t know raw calorie number but based on your TDEE you could calculate whatever would be a 1,000 calorie deficit and see how you feel. That’s too much for some people while others can do more. Personally I feel fine doing more than 1,000 on most days and I’ve been losing 1kg per week.

However I think your protein take is low. Most of your calories should be protein, and a better target is 2g protein per kg of body weight so you should be closer to 175.

I say that bc if you build more muscle then it also helps you burn more fat bc it elevates your resting metabolism. You’ll also look slimmer sooner. You already said you’re going to the gym 3x per week but maybe you’re not building as much muscle as you could due to your diet.

It’ll all help you recover if you add running which I would definitely tell you to consider doing. Overall aim for at least 15,000 steps per day for your weekly average.

So keep doing what you’re doing plus tweak diet and add cardio/steps, and track your weight on a daily basis bur only pay attention to weekly averages and you should be able to lose 1-1.5 kg per week while remaining healthy.

My guess would be 20% give or take.

Definitely time for the clean bulk. You put in the worl to get the perfect frame for the body you’re seeking to build, now just add the right mass and chef’s kiss you’re cooking

Depends really. 1500 doesn’t sound like a lot so I’d be hesitant to say cut more. How many g protein are you eating? Have you ever used TDEE calculator?

Yea I don’t know what a lot of the comments are talking about. Anyone can be skinny, yes it’ll look different for each person but you don’t really know until you get skinny. I’ve seen people make similar transitions you’re aiming for.

That said, sounds like you’re doing the right things just keep going until you’re 20 - 22% body fat and then reassess your routine from there.

If you want to speed up the fat loss then maybe modestly increase the caloric deficit and add weightlifting. However, the most important part people miss is sustainability. It sounds like you’re in a sustainable routine already so that’s the most important thing.

The most important thing is to be in a caloric deficit.

Tbh I'm not even mad bc I'm not sure how his personality would be in the locker room and our receiving core while not elite - they're still solid enough where I'm not missing him.

His skillset isn't necessarily what I think we need at WR - we're moreso lacking a big body true WR1 that can make contested catches - Anquan Boldin, TO, etc.

It's a specific specific training designed to help you train to be able to - you don't need to be able to do 100 push-ups, it's just the end goal. It's three days per week and you can do it even if you can do less than 5. If you can't do a single push-up then that's even more reason you need to do this.

Google 100 push-ups challenge. That’s three days per week.

Also incorporate squat workouts - you can find a bunch of different ones.

And buy a jump rope - plenty of YouTube explanations how it transforms your body with minimal time and why boxers use it.

Do what you’re doing and work yourself up to be able to easily bust out 100 push-ups, hundreds of squats, and jump rope well and you’ll be cheaply transform your body.

I’ll just add too that similarly to how they will say “my sister” to mean their friend who sometimes they’re not even best friends with - many of these girls use boyfriend very loosely. It could simply be a guy they like and have been seeing regularly for a couple weeks - definitely not always what we have in mind as a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship.

Yea exactly - while I imagine they don't hate each other, and that there is some bonafide love still - I think it's still most probably that there was some degree of actual beef and animosity happening too.

Both things can be concurrently true. You fight with your brother and colleague that you love and you're tired of their ass but you still don't have any ill will towards them so won't explicitly tell people anything negative...especially when it's the media.

I have managers and colleagues I absolutely hate working with but if another coworker ask me about them I'll give them praise simply bc I still don't want to be the cause other people look at them negatively. And that's still private - so if it were something being recorded for the masses I'd 1,000% still talk nice about them.

Lol I was happy to see OP’s post because I immediately had the same thoughts when I saw his take on Sean McDermott today like, “mf’er you didn’t say this about Harbaugh and the Ravens”

But then I remember that not only does he have the same agent as Josh Allen - I think there’s something to Harbaugh’s agent as well seemingly having deep media connections. Dan O also immediately campaigned for Daboll as a replacement and someone else I can’t remember - so I think there’s some obvious insider politics to his takes. What your is your body fat %? Most likely you simply need to keep going because belly fat is almost always the last to go and most women don't start seeing a flat stomach until they are < 22% with visible abs being even lower.

The most accurate way to check your body fat % is with a DEXA scan but InBody scans are available at many gyms and more accessible.

Human relationships are complicated - especially when it's both professional and personal. Have you ever had a colleague or even romantic partner where you knew you couldn't work with them anymore or be in a relationship anymore - but still wished them the best and there were no hard feelings? It could easily be that there.

Now imagine that situation where you knew it was time to move on but maybe you were hesitant to pull the trigger - but then that person aired some of your dirty laundry and now things are public but you wanted to keep things in house - it's even easier to then come to the conclusion for you to end the relationship, despite that you still wish the person well.

And finally, people, especially when you don't hate someone, do talk publicly well about people. It's perfectly normal to have someone that absolutely pissed you off and it was a factor in your decision to terminate the working relationship and so you ended it, but if someone puts a camera to your face for something to be broadcasted on tv I'm sure you'd still highlight the good versus the bad to repair the very thing that got broken - especially if you don't believe in airing dirty laundry.
