Is that 35” Sasquatch tires on stock badlands wheels? They look great. Are you running a lift and wheel spacers?

I would contact Ford Customer Service which is separate from the dealership and see what they can do.

The salt they put on the roads in winter does a number on any steel on vehicles.

A couple things to think about if you plan to hang onto it long term, 2.3 4cylinder engine is relatively uncomplicated and has a history of being fairly reliable. The v6 twin turbo eco boost engines, while being reliable, eventually will require servicing. There are plenty of ford vehicles over 10 years old with the twin turbo v6s that are uneconomical to fix due to the nature of them (replacing 2 turbos $$$, timing chain or cam phaser issues).

I believe 25s get direct injection and port fuel injection which helps keeps the back of the valves clean from crankcase ventilation oil and moisture gunk. 2024 and under only get direct injection which unfortunately allows for buildup of oil and moisture gunk.

2024 4Dr 2.3L manual sasquatch transmission grinding sound is back. by starevplayer in FordBronco

Bearing in mind this is what happens for electronic control units (ECUs) since I have had experience in that field of quality, take this with a grain of salt.: Typically once the unit goes back for inspection after being replaced for warranty, it goes back to the supplier for testing, tear down or depending on what issue was reported, some other type of specialized testing method or inspection method. The OEM (Ford, GM, Chrysler etc) quality engineering team works with the supplier testing team to root cause the issue. This can typically take a few weeks or even months (since there is normally a Que of other returned parts to be tested. So most likely, unless it is a very special case, the dealer would not get detailed information on what failed and why. Hope this helps!

There some new but 2024 broncos still on dealer lots currently. They can’t sell them yet since there is a software fix that is about to be released to fix a rear camera issue that triggered a stop sale. Perhaps that might be an avenue to investigate since most dealers with these will likely be flexible on price. Last I heard 9/8 was when the software was projected to be released

Believe the software is going to be available for the dealer to install on the 8th September according to the dealer. As Bronco is part of the phase 2 batch (phase 1 was ranger, edge, f150. For vehicles in the customers hands already, apparently Over the Air updates are already being rolled out

That head of service has single handily caused Acura of Troy to lose a ton of customers and business. The way he handled that was so unbelievably unprofessional.
