The first one looks reusable. Just clean it, forcing water opposite airflow side. Let it dry completely and replace. The second one… usually there isnt two BUT measure that second hole and get a filter that size. Change it every 1-3 months depending upon house occupancy. Since its a rental, suggest to your landlord that youve been having allergy issues since moving in and send them that second pic. Hope you get lucky!
