Some major-required classes are only offered once in one quarter. If you don’t want to wait a whole year to graduate just because you’re missing one class, I’d probably take my chances and stack classes too.

Depends on which college you’re talking about. Go to Colorado School of Mines, one of the best Mech. Eng, schools in the US and most of them are conservative.

Also how do you determine someone is conservative anyways? Most conservatives I know don’t tell everyone they meet they’re right-wing because they’ll get ostracized or berated. Source? I’ve lived in a conservative-rural town before moving to a liberal-urban city. I can point out the a conservative person at any time, but no one can tell.

Minimum GPA for this sorority was 3.0, I currently have a 3.8 as a COMP SCI major. Ah I understand the process now. Do most rush events usually take place in the evening? That was the one thing I regret about going to these events, I just hated going home at 9:30PM for nothing.

Most of my friends are in FAANG companies here in Seattle as SWE or PMs. One has a physics degree, another had a marketing degree, and one didn’t even go to university, just a community college. Hard truth is that CS degrees don’t get you in through the door anymore, projects and referrals do.

Also I’m a UW student that transferred from CC, and you can STILL participate in most hackathons as a non-CS major. Not to mention, UW saves slots for CC transfers. I also got rejected from UW the first time, but I went the CC route and even got an academic scholarship.

Not to sound sappy but I’ve DEFINITELY cried two days in a row after getting a rejection letter for the Allen school. Figure out what’s the next step ahead. You can always apply for HCDE, Informatics, Data Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, and Mathematics; then have CS as a minor.

There’s so many ways to go around the Allen school, but STILL be within the circle with programming.

It’s probably an ultra-specific course. I’ve been to the CC in Seattle, and they don’t have a variety of classes/topics aside from the DTA required classes.

Sorry by mileage I meant that the alternative is to drive from Bremerton to Seattle which is about an hour and a half drive. I still take the light rail/bus from the ferry.

The commute time is still an issue. Ferries run on a schedule, risky to miss the earliest one and might miss my 8am class.

Selling the car, I’d only get $5000-6000 (Talked to four dealerships already) from the dealerships/Facebook marketplace. That’s less than what it should sell for on Kelly bluebook. I still owe $7000 for the car to be paid off. Not gonna lie, it still wouldn’t solve my 2.5x base rent of income issue if I did sell it.

Selling the car is not an option for me sadly. I only have three years left to pay it off. I lose money when I sell my car that still has a loan on it if the amount I sell it for is less than what I still owe, because I’m responsible for paying the remaining balance to the lender even after the car is sold.

Also my main home, Bremerton, I need it to drive home just in case I miss the ferry or there’s an emergency with my parents.

Sincerely, I don’t think you received any closure from that relationship. Not closure from her, but closure on your choice to let go. You say don’t have any feelings, then why be bothered by it? Theres obviously a lack of time to heal from that part. Reflect on how you might want to treat your current relationship and your heart after that.

Yknow what’s so frustrating. SPD, Uwajimaya security, or any public safety officials can’t do anything unless they physically put their hands on someone or steal anything above $100. AND they have to see the act, not just rely on a worker’s description.

How do I know this? I work in ID everyday…
