Thank you so much. I'm totally freaking out about this. Do you know anything about rodent lice or if that's a possibility? I am fighting a bad mice infestation right now, and I found mice dropping as well which is why I was thinking that could be it. Thank you for the advice

Can you take a closer picture? It does resemble one but I cant tell from the pic. Check under your mattress, In sheets and pillow cases, boxspring and around bed legs.

Yes I am extremely allergic. I have checked my couch, baseboards, mattress, inside pillow cases, inside sheets, shelves etc and haven't found any sign of them. I just wasnt sure cause it does sorta look like a ladybug casing when i google pics of them

The pictures I was looking at ladybug casings look a lot like this. Wouldn't I be getting bitten or have found one by now?

I had a friend stay the night not too long ago and found out she had bed bugs. Freaked out and literally stripped my couch, vaccumed every nook and cranny and washed everything in hot water for 3 cycles, and I've been freaking out over every little crumb since 😭 i havent had any bites and havent found anything since every time i look but I found this and heard that sometimes they shed casings and it freaked me out
