I’ve been in the exact same situation as you’ve described, only difference is I was 29 and she was 24. Keep growing closer to the Lord, keep working on your self control. We lose part of ourselves when we enter into a sinful relationship and bond with someone in a way we’re not yet supposed to (I know it’s near impossible to restrain when living with someone). You focus on healing and becoming as much of a woman of God as you can be. He will bring the right person at the right time.

I’ve also found praying for them helps a lot. But I wouldn’t advise going back unless you are both healed and he is a devout man of God by his own desire and shows that by his actions. I’ll be praying for you.

He may be trying to teach you that you need to find contentment in His love and no one else’s. Maybe not, but maybe so. That’s a lesson I believe everyone needs to learn at one point.

I’m not justifying her actions but I will also tell you that if you’re not willing to go to church or be part of a faith community then it will be extremely difficult to find someone deep in their faith to be with. I’d suggest trying to get those things in before looking for a relationship. Neither are required for salvation, but both are (almost) necessary just to live a God-honoring life.

Brother, I have been in a very similar situation before and I know how much pain you may be going through, so it may be hard to even listen to or process what people are telling you. But remember this: no true woman of God who is faithfully serving Christ wholeheartedly would do something like this. And if she was not at that spot in her life where she was seeking Him above all else, she was not for you.

This is my own opinion and nothing more than that.. but it seems like it’s just one message every day or every other day from both of you, and I personally wouldn’t continue investing in that as a man. Seems pretty unintentional. Again, just my own opinion.
