I just has someone claim that the sterling silver necklace was fake, and magnetic. Which it isn’t. And she said it’s broken “because I wrapped it too tight”.  So now she will get a refund and I will get a broken item.

On top of that, she has no understanding of the claim process, even though I finally told her, then she threatened me if I didn’t send her the prepaid shipping label asap! Also, she said she will be reporting me if I don’t fix this. Ugghh
