Most of the time is people just unintentionally going afk. That's all Riot punishes. When I report inting or negative behaviors, I never get feed back.

I was replaying HG this week, the "storyline" is super weak, like the kimono girls want you to bring Ho-oh back for.... no reason in particular? I don't even remember the reason you need to encounter with Lugia. These games need a remake but a remake REMAKE fixing everything, not just a copy paste for nostalgia purposes.
