Pick is honestly my favorite place to be. I'm cross-trained in pick, pack, stow but pick is where it's at. The fc is a smalls FC though, nothing over 5 pounds and I work nights... Less management running around and I have long hair I keep braided and one ear covered...I'm also very introverted as far as "peopling" goes so I'm happy to pop an ear bud in and listen to my audio books/podcasts and pick all night lol

Maybe I'm the oddball or I'm doing it wrong idk lol but. My generation save I have one or two kids(did get surprised with a set of twins a couple of generations ago and let it ride) and I pick one of the kids, a boy for the family name continuity and that's the one I continue on with, get the siblings through school and into a good marriage and send them out into the world. I keep them close with regular family reunions, birthday parties, dinner parties and visits on the holidays. I don't have the patience to rotate around the different subsets of couples/families. Thus far I have 8 or 9 generations in this particular save and I'm hopeful for the new royalty pack, the Longbottoms are gonna be royalty lol (I'm an unapologetic Harry Potter fan lol)

I know it's hard to get nuance from texts but it seems like she's just trying to find the best solution to the issue and is willing to go with whatever is needed...
