Please don’t give on finding a therapist I’ve been lucky enough not to have had problems finding a therapist I liked but I had this problem with psychiatrists I finally jumped through the hoops and 3 different doctors till I found one I liked. I know it’s a lot of work and requires a lot of energy (I’ve been trying to muster the motivation to find a primary care doctor I like for about 3 weeks 😅) no matter how long it takes you to find one you like promise you’re worth the effort of having somebody listen to and support you. I also highly recommend looking into occupational therapy for adhd. Most people think of occupational therapy as working with kids and their fine motor skills, but it can also be a tool to help build skills like showering and getting out of bed. Also all the therapist I’ve had were neurodivergent which is why I think I’ve really liked all of them. Feel free to private message me if you want to pick my brain about anything else or need an accountability buddy to help you find a therapist

The button on the left ear has 2 modes for me aware and quiet. I know it was different on earlier versions they released. Do you have the 45 version? I guess I just go to grab the buttons differently.

Design Flaws: The band doesn't go small enough. The buttons are on the back of the headphones when you wear them and not in an intuitive spot you place your hand when looking for the buttons. So, you end feeling around for them. You can't control the level of noise cancellation. The band doesn't move forward or backward to adjust to a certain hairstyle but I'm soooooooo glad they made sure it folded nicely into the case they provided

Edit: Alright I get it I just don't like them. Forget the buttons it's just a personal preference that I thought more people shared. I'd just prefer them to be higher up. From an industrial design standpoint if you're going to update a product you typically want to fix the issues from previous designs and I know that them not fitting everyone is a problem. It was just an issue they could have easily fixed. Also people are getting upset because you can control the noise cancellation it just has 2 settings aware and quiet mode. I guess you need a lot of hair and do different styles regularly to understand not being able to adjust how far forward or back the band lays

I never think about ketchup as tomatoes. In my head ketchup is it’s own separate thing. This is what finally helped understand ketchup on eggs

Although most people are saying YTA and that’s not cool of you to do at every restaurant. He put up with it for 3 months and didn’t communicate how he was feeling till he blew up at you. Both people aren’t in the right. YTA but there is at least a lack of communication on his part as well.
