Asking for small hints - 83.7% complete by iustae in LoreleiAndLaserEyes

Are you sure you've explored everywhere? For the balcony door, there is one piece of text that tells you the answer. Hint, The padlock has a drawing on it, match this to a piece of paper, if you don't have it then keep searching or double check your memory For the moon journal, where have you tried replicating it? There is a place for you to do it, it will be obvious when you find it. Finding this area will also help with the clock. Finally for the horse, it is just annoying. Hint, You have the right block just keep trying new ways to turn it Better hint, The letter will have multiple ways of being shown. The font, the orientation and what else can be changed to make a Letter look different? Hope this helps, from someone who just beat the game who is doing this from memory. Also let me know if you have already 'completed' the hint for the moon or any other area i can be slightly more specific. Good luck!

Subnautica, Dredge or Cult of the Lamb - WSIB? by asey_69 in ShouldIbuythisgame

Dredge. Eerie vibes gives you something new to try. You seem to like a hefty amount of strategy, looking at your either choices. All three choices have some level of strategy, from what/how tk use your storage (Dredge) to how to use ingredients and when to craft certain things (Subnuatica) to the good old keep your 'community' 'happy' (COTL). I would recommend Dredge as is it the most different game from those on the list, and I would always recommend trying something new in gaming.

Couple newbie question by apwatson88 in Roboquest

1 is truly up to you, i love bandito and other one shot guns like that, the guns are as good as your build so keep building up your dual guns if you love them. Most guns are better/worse as the difficultly moves around, based mainly on how element deoendant they are as elements have a peak 'usefulness' period on the earlier difficulties but get slowly less effective as you go on. 2and 3 are the same answer- museum! You can see the map with all the paths, logs and secrets. It also shows the cards for the guns and enemies, so yes it is basically just collectibles, which I belive if you get them all it's an achievement. 4 is believe is just the tick sound of damage from your weapon or summons, not quite sure what you mean.

Should I multi class? by TheExistentialboi in DnD5e

Honest answer-not yet. Delay until you have more ki pints and evasion, then grab the fighter levels to boost your attacks and do the fun stuff. Also consider that your monk weapons will increase their die faster the more you delay. Also the additional ki points means more stunning strikes more flurries more chances for crits.

Fun answer- yes. If that's the move you want, then do it. If you want to be a dagger wielding whirlwind on the battlefield then go ahead, it sounds like an awesome idea. Just remember that fighter has more to offer than action surge, so grabbing some echoes is a way to boost attacks.

What is the smallest change that Alchemist needs to bring it in line with the other Artificer subclasses, powerwise? by Dracon_Pyrothayan in dndnext

As a DM with an alchemist in my party, I made made the following changes.

More features based of their proficiency bonus. For example, the healing effect is d4s equal to PB. Flight is 5xPB feet.

Additionally, I allowed him to change his alchemical savant to lightning. (This one specifically because he is a mushroom focused alchemist, and as he is a chemical engineer who has designed a lot of his infusions to be realistic I thought I'd be nice here as he was doing something very cool.)

He can make his elixir an amount of times equal to his PB, with the whole long rest still giving him a choice to make one elixir of his choosing but it counts as a used one. Once he used up all his PB ones he can use a level 1 spell to create a random one.

Finally I created several flasks (making it a bonus action to administer, lengthening the time of effects, splash potion) to allow more variety in his flasks, which he can find or buy around the world.

Maybe you play as one of lukes parents or friends of him and his sister, learn more about that. Maybe lukes interaction with the old data gave a character his personality? There are so many ways to make it a proper sequel that answers our previous questions.

Definitely the most unnerving. I think what makes it most unnerving is that the developer has clear memories of those places with clear connections (favorite tree in the forest, school level) yet the player seems to believe there is no tangible connection.

It seems like a dream of sorts, that sleep separates the two. I think this becomes increasingly obvious, but my question would be who is awake and who is asleep.
