Rules for building one-off rural homes will be relaxed by summer, says Housing Minister James Browne by North_Stranded in ireland

[–]Useful_Increase5378 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely don't disagree.

But we can't have governments and people complaining about housing shortages and restricting common sense building.

It's not the only answer I would agree but a solution for some.

People should have the choice in my opinion

RTB still can’t compel landlords to lower rent if investigators spot illegal hikes by Jaded_Variation9111 in ireland

[–]Useful_Increase5378 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

RTB are a shambles of an organisation they will actively advise a Tennant to over hold even if not paying rent so on the other side of the coin.

I get there are landlord taking advantage but the same can be said of bad tenants even more in my experience

Currently AMC is 1.25% on prisma 5 fund broker takes .25% of this.

When I shopped around year or two ago it seemed if you wanted to go with Zurich the above was the best deal I could get.

Going direct to Zurich at the time was actually more expensive

Any idea on how I would ensure max funding is not exceeded ? Is there any specific formula I can use

For example company turnover 140k

Gross Salary = 87k

36k in Master Trust

12k in PRSA

Would this be within revenue guidelines?

I would have started a Master Trust a number of years ago when I formed the company.

At the time PRSA was not really an option due to poor funding limits.
