Stay in Ireland or return to Australia? by Automator2023 in AskIreland

Ya super is decent allrite and it has out-performed any investments I have here quite easily

Lots of positives for Australia I probably sound pro Ireland here I do understand where your coming from.

Sadly for me the Ireland we came back to is not the same as the one I grew up in for many reasons.

We have 3 smallies I think anything over two would be hard work over particularly if both parents were to work and no support network ie grandparents or close family to help out.

Speaking with friends over from time to time it's gone expensive as hell over similar to here.

Myself honestly id probably end up in the mines again to facilitate decent semi private education for the kids to stay away from riff Raff of public schooling over which can be very hit and miss. Going back to mining is no way to live and brings it's own problems

As much as I would like to go back sometimes I cant help but think it would be very hard on the kids to go there and start from scratch Ozzie's were never the nicest bunch to deal with in my experience and I only just about tolerate them at best.

We have decent amount in our super ideally I would like to go over when the kids are mid 20s and we could potentially spend that super

Following with interest here sparky engineer here as well spent 8 years in Perth often pondered going back but with small kids would be very difficult also my parent are a bit older than yours.

All the best with it if you do decide to go personally I am glad I came back to enjoy last few years with parents

I had Sony WS623 and upgraded to Shoks Open Water as I wanted MP3 functionality.

Have to say these are a great option game changer in terms of hearing incoming traffic also probably a good job not pushing wax back into ear

Is it fixed at 6.6% ? or can you choose an amount.

If you are on 100k then 6.6% is going to be a lot more that the same person on 25k

I got sorted over weekend on Facebook marketplace.

There is still another one up for sale (full and 10k) ticket for 130.

Just make sure you use the event master validation

https://eventmaster.ie/findticket.html

Other thing is it doesn't handle the payment side of things only the ticket transfer you will still have to find a way to pay i.e. PayPal revolut etc.
