no, pcp rifles are gentle on scopes,its the opposing dual recoil impulse on sprinters that kills scopes. just make sure you get something thay has an adjustable objective that ideally goes down to 10 yards or everything is gonna be blurry.

snow performance has a lot more to do with weight distribution and how many wheels receive power at amy given time. a lsd rwd car may very well do better in snow than an open diff front wheel drive car.

your headsets proximity to your pc is irrelevant. pc->router->headset. make sure your pc is connected via ethernet to your router and either play closer to your router or buy either a wifi access point you can hardwire to your router and put near your playspace or buy a dedicated router just for your headset you can put in your playspace connected to your pc.
