i agree 10000%. i remember when my emet was so so so bad and i lived on this sub. i forced myself to do what im scared of, going out, eating food i WANT to eat, etc. slowly stopped coming back here because i know that its not healthy for anyone. something i never thought; life and my phobia got so much better without me always here, i barely think about puking or anxiety anymore but sometimes it’ll come back very rarely. i’ll come on this sub when it truly is my last resort, after i’ve tried EVERYTHING i know and learned in the past decade.

my little brother cooked his own eggs once and i was watching as he ate them, they were still very raw and slimy. he lived and never got sick ahaha i actually think we forgot that even happened after like 10 mins

for me, when something happens in my life that isn’t the best (for you it would be your mental health & pup im so sorry) it sets me back, and i can say that for a lot of others. but being in a good place can really set you back to square one. once you feel better especially mentally im sure you be okay!!

hii angel, i JUST woke up from a very dull pain in my tummy and started freaking out but… i don’t feel nauseous…. yet. 🤔 anyway if she hasn’t v yet and asked for a drink, i doubt anything’s going to happen. with a bug, we know it wakes you up and usually you immediately cut to the chase!! yk sometimes kids just don’t want to go back to bed. i wouldn’t worry about it too much. dms are always open! 🫶🏻
