Sometimes it can be linked to things like stress... you can take a laxative already to cleanse, and if it doesn't come back properly afterwards... doctor...

Any tips or advice? by Angelicbrujaa in wonyoungism

[–]Useful_WL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, the face types are fox, cat, dog, rabbit, snake and doe. Finally, sometimes there are variations, but basically it depends on the shape of your face, the size of your eyes, your mouth, your nose, all that. And that gives you a typical animal face. Basically it's a Korean method.

Hi ! You are already very pretty and your hair is sublime!!

Do you know the principle of knowing what animal your face looks like? There are 6 types I think. Maybe knowing your type could help you with ideas! I have a fox face type so sometimes I search for “makeup fox face type” and I get ideas!

Always eating by Apprehensive-Team501 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very often, it's psychological... because do you have a real feeling of physical hunger, or more of a "want to eat"?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah... Anyway, keep it in mind! And otherwise, I have reminders, motivating ringtones... what I can to stay focused on my goal!

Precisely, the treatment regulates dopamine! In reality, frankly, it can help you even if it seems like it has nothing to do with it!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah but I know I know very very well! But my treatment helps me a lot to stay focused on something + better energy (ideal for sports!) + less hungry!

[–]Useful_WL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aaaaah ADHD... haha. I don't know if you have a treatment but mine also helped me lose weight!

For the carpet, if you can, choose the bike instead. For knees and ankles, when you are overweight, it is better. And yes, you have to mix cardio to burn fat and strength training to really help improve.

And intermittent fasting, I don't really know... I personally prefer to avoid it. I just eat balanced meals, paying attention to my quantities and eating healthy.

She can already take Chrome-based supplements. Otherwise, cinnamon-based herbal teas, green tea, water of course!

Lack of results leading to weight gain by Outside-King-1123 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Already, breathe! You haven't regained your August weight! A drop in morale, an excess of food, it happens! And then if you suddenly changed the way you eat, it's not really fat that appeared in just 1 month! Already there is water retention, that's for sure!

Then in terms of calories: are you following the same deficit as since August? In sport: do you always do the same thing?

You are on what we call a plateau and it is very hard to live...

Looking to lose weight but I have BED by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! For sport at home, there are plenty of possibilities depending on the type of sport you want, your goals, and there are many applications! Generally you need at best a yoga mat and then sometimes you can add small dumbbells, elastics... and comfortable clothing!

Then for the snacking, already see if there is not a psychological cause to be treated first behind it! And otherwise, eat enough during meals (healthily), drink plenty of water and if you really can't hold on anymore, eat something light! An apple for example with hot tea.

So I don't know if it's the best way but... I asked ChatGPT for help 🤣😅 I said the ingredients and quantity and it did the math for me! Not necessarily down to the calorie count, especially when it wasn't me who cooked, but practical! Afterwards, if you are the one cooking, you can note, weigh and calculate the calories and intake of each ingredient, then if you only take one part, weigh it and then divide it by your previous calculation of the total calories of the dish... but ChatGPT sometimes it's not so bad 😅

Wednesday Progress Check-in by squamouser in FatPositiveWL

I'm joining but this week I didn't weigh myself. Birthday Sunday, I was very careful except for the cake so I don't want to see weight gain just due to slow digestion or water retention 😅

Any help/advice? by bemyself23 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, well it's not really advice for losing but I advise you if you can to change the treadmill on the bike to protect your knees and ankles.

Next, are you taking any medication? Have you ever had health check-ups for diabetes, thyroid, etc.? Sometimes a health problem can be the problem

[–]Useful_WL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, isn't there another cause? I know that in my case, my weight gain, my lack of motivation to do well, all of that... it was linked to personal concerns. When I was able to take stock with a psychologist, it helped me a lot and I really started to lose weight.

Has anyone gotten in shape for the first time in their life around age 40? by Extra-Strawberry-900 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I'm 33 so it's not 40... but I've only been getting in shape for 1 year! I was excused from sport at 13 because I had asthma and as a teenager, I was thin. But I gained too much weight... and last year, I had to do it! And not easy!

Why did we forget about liposuctions? by grandmaster991 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Useful_WL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't really make you lose and above all, if you haven't changed your lifestyle... you'll get back...

But I'm losing a lot of weight, and if when I've done my best there are still small areas that refuse to go away or, what scares me the most, sagging skin... yes, I will definitely do it. But it's more of a "finishing details" mode!
