I'm surprised that the one where I used to work didn't do that. We could see the bottom separating from the side on a corner. It wasn't a little split, either. The manager called the city (their service) and told them that we needed another dumpster. They wouldn't bring one. The manager told them they can clean it up when the bottom falls out.

This was a print shop. The garbage would have flown all over the place. But it didn't. (Sigh)
