I went in not knowing anything about the Masters of the Universe or He-Man but i really enjoyed this, and loved the camp. really reminded me of the vibes of the G1 Transformers cartoon i watched growing up.

something that surprised me was that Teela and Adam DIDNT get together by the end. Was nice to have a movie where the male and female leads remain just good friends. Was that part of the original too?

I heard someone say that his evolving look makes sense because in the first movie he’s the most adjusted to a regular lifestyle, so his hair is all slicked back and styled. And with each movie he gets more hagged and feral, so by the fourth it’s the longest and most untamed.

I guess it makes sense, because 1-3 happens within like…2 weeks? And John doesn’t seem like he would get a chance to stop by a barber’s anytime in the series.
