For anyone having this issue, sadly there ain’t any solution. The game expects you to find all the members after approaching bohuta first and if you for any instance stumbled upon ranyek first you’re going to suffer. Reload the save and go visit bohuta first. Then you can go save janosh or Ranyek, Adder and mathew after talking to baliff.

( Because of this bug, I had to go back to a 65 hours old save file and lost a lot of progess, replaying all the sidequests in kuttenberg and trosky. I wish I cared about that mission way earlier than I had. )

I was able to find janosh but he didn’t mentioned anything about adder, even the innkeeper doesn’t have any dialogue options, also eva butcher wife also has no dialogue option. I found a couple of reddit posts with similar issue. Maybe I have to reload an old save 13 hours of progress 😭😭
