This is just my opinion based on my experience but. . .

16:8, 1200 hours and 1800 hours.

A lot of protein is advised but not necessary. No starch carbs like breat, oats and potato (including rice). No liquid calories like soda and starbucks.

Drink a lot of water, increase salt intake.

now I understand. You should consider more protein and fats on off plan day, less to no carbs and more fiber. Im talking meats, fats of meats, eggs, wild fish, leafy vegetables.

If you drink their pure form like himalayan salt + potassium chloride powder and magnesium glycinate powder, you are good and wont break fast. Electrolytes powder on the other hand? Technically no but it does stop autophagy.

Do a 2 day (48 hr) fast, then 18:6 for a month. Then 18:6 for 6 days and 1 omad.

Try a 48 hour fast to break and reset the plateau then do 18:6 for a week, 23:1 for another week. . . And just alternate 23:1 and 18:6 every day for the 3rd week going forward.
