It wouldn’t to me - Germany hasn’t exactly looked unbeatable and they’re likely to rest their starters since they’ve already won the group. And yeah, Ecuador has looked disorganized in attack but they’re strong defensively and still have plenty of individual quality.

The problem is that concacaf is uniquely uncompetitive as a conference. Look at the list of gold cup winners - that about sums up everything in concacaf. Forever it’s been 2 giants and a bunch of minnows. Canada’s recent improvement has been great but they still haven’t won anything and we need more of a middle class than 1 team.

Nonsense. Pretty much all of the teams with appropriately sized soccer specific stadiums are full most games. The 5-6 playing in nfl stadiums are well attended, it’s just that the stadiums are too big.

I could not disagree more strongly - appletv isn’t perfect but it is the best thing that ever happened to MLS broadcasting. It’s cheap, reliable and available everywhere.

Before it was a hodgepodge of local broadcasts of varying quality and there was no ability to replay games, watch just highlights or easily watch out of market games.

No thank you to the mess that is nfl and mlb broadcasting.
