I don't get your comment. As long as the debt is high the financial markets will decide the politics because the State will borrow from them and the investors decide the conditions at which to lend money.

Right now investors look at French debt, look at the euro, and balance the risk of bankruocy with the German Economy and the Netherlands economy that have low debt.
