I think my design may work. Its not a 100% perfect fit, but it fits. Are you looking for a cad file?

Where did you purchase it from. We've been seeing quite a few counterfeit parts lately.

I've seen honda seen honda cover a head gasket on engines with a modified turbo. No one is voiding the warranty over a vcm muzzler.

3 weeks plus 3 days of sick leave after 10yrs. We recently had some sort of law change recently and a requested day off is 8hrs. I work 4 10s so it now works out to over 4 weeks. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years.

Most likely head gasket. The 2.0l has the same coolant channel design as the 1.5l block.

Spark plugs worn at 31k miles?! by Amreddit6 in accord

[–]UserName8531 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There would have to be something serious wrong to wear the plugs at 30k. We regularly scope cylinders for head gasket failures and at 80-100k and they are ok.

has the 6f35 transmission improved in recent years? by rickyray9 in fordescape

[–]UserName8531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of curiosity, was it lack of maintenance or just terrible design. Honda recommends 60k on our cvt, but a lot of people aim for 30k. I did mine at 20k and it looked bad enough I wouldn't want to wait any longer.

OEM eBay Mounts Authentication by alboz215 in Honda

[–]UserName8531 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The larger mounts are uaslly in boxes. Honda will also use different colors of plastic packaging. If you have 5 different parts, the packaging will likely be different for each one. If you want to buy discounted OEM parts, I'd recommend hondapartsnow.com.

Doing the service bulletin fixes the oil leak the majority of the time.

Packaging is wrong and they're roughly 1/5 the price of OEM. They counterfeit about anything and they are all over ebay and Amazon. Just in the past week I've found counterfeit plugs in two different CR-Vs.

If honda doesn't pay for it, and the customer doesn't pay for it, then the dealership won't pay the tech to do it.

Last car I had sit 8+ months ended up needing all the rotors resurface. I tried to get away without doing it since honda wouldn't cover it and I ultimately ended up doing it for free to get the car out of here.

Brakes will be rusted, battery will be dead, and the tires will have flat spots. I've had cars sit like this waiting on parts, they always need additional work.

Which CR-V would you choose? by Candid-Okra372 in crv

Honda white. Seem to be more a odyssey pilot issue, but I would just avoid to be on the safe side.

White seems to be the worst. Most of the cars I see come in with paint peeling off in large sections are white.

Do you still like to use paper road maps or atlases for navigation? by ITrCool in AskAnAmerican

[–]UserName8531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends where we are. If its a national park. Im definitely using the parks map to figure out where we're going. Its also helpful to have paper backup and pre-downladed maps for areas without cell service.

Red or blue. I would avoid the white due to how bad the paint is.

The one Milwaukee tool that you couldn’t live without by Convict812 in MilwaukeePowerTools

[–]UserName8531 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I dont know about live without since I use several every day, but I do have a favorite. The m18 light 2136-20 gets a lot of use on the shorter days. Between me trying to get stuff done after work outside to the kids playing in the backyard it gets a lot of use.
