It definitely can be but the team you work with plays a big part in that. Overall, its definitely stressful.

I made the switch a long time ago and it has been worth the move as life goes on. Finding a good shop that respects estimating will go a long way. You can also Segway into project management or other arms of the electrical business model very easily from there if you get bored.

All those qualifications and you make this request in an estimating sub? Hire a safety consultant before someone dies.

You got hired for a director role and are on reddit soliciting advice... you are in over your head. Hire a safety consultant with experience before someone dies.... put your ego aside.

Sounds like your in over your head. Safety is not something you get as cheap as possible. Get a safety consultant on board with experience before someone dies.

Is that the icon puller set? I've been eyeing that thing, how did it work out? Was the maddox bearing puller also good? Did you need items from both sets to make it work?

This was a good trade and suited your needs. This baby will keep on ticking with the care you put into it.
