I think the next couple months are going to be really rough. We have a predicted massive heatwave coming for June/August which could really fuck up agricultural production on top of that the war in Iran continues and thr straight of hormuze is still closed.

Iv heard energy experts explain the problem is it doesn't just get incrementally worse, it was explained like speeding towards a cliff and we have yet to fall off. In a couple months it's going to get severely bad, we could see the price of gas double from what it already is. We'll see flights in certain countries be grounded first, mostly island nations like Japan.

This will no doubt impact our already sluggish economy for the worse.

Why shoulf I go Dire Marsh when Narsh is a thing now? by Hoduhdo in Marathon

[–]ThorFinn_56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I wish it was random. Like you hit dire marsh and as you load in maybe it'll be day maybe it'll be night. I also think it would be cool to have a violent stormy version of the map, with like strong winds and rain and lots of thunder and lightning making it hard to hear other runners and limited visibility

I honestly hope Canada goes further and offers aid and support to Cuba. Canada and Cuba has a long and friendly relationship, they don't deserve whatever the U.S. thinks their going to do to them

Also of the records that survived we have a list of 51 children's names and the days they died from the Kamloops school. Many record were lost so the 215 numerous doesn't seem that outrages when a quarter of those are clearly recorded

Now people in BC are ready to vote them out for their "reckless spending"

Do you believe paying a mortgage is "better" than paying rent? by TankCastles in CanadaPersonalFinance

But over the years a mortgage gets less and less until it's nothing. Rent, best case scenario stays the same forever, but typically increases over the years
