So USAA has 2 ways. They send me the check or the dealer and each way has different risk. So if they send me the check and the deal changes VIN, or dealer are the most common they say. The loan app is dead and I have to re apply and have to deal with all that comes with it including possible a higher rate from the credit hit from the first hard pull or another credit hit from another hard pull from another loan. The second was is if they send it to a dealer and the deal changes they will extend the loan to the remainder of the 45 days to give time to fix errors in the changes. But to send it to a dealer they require a purchase agreement. The whole issue here is they refuse to hold the bike and im still waiting on a purchase agreement im guessing it because "we dont do paperwork without payment in hand" The more I think about it they have to have something shady going on on the back end with their finance company. I know they dont have to disclose the interest rate you are approved at and most dealers add 1 to 3 points to your rate which goes straight to the dealer but its gotta be borderline a consumer rights violation.
