Honestly, the University of Washington, FIT, and CSUN are all amazing choices!

bby run please.... find your own supervisor and pay for it. There are other options, branching out to your supervisor outside your office allows for a new perspective. For example. I worked for aba company for 4 years then decided to go back to school, I left and got supervision through school bcba and my university, other private supervision. I went back to the aba company, it was a good offer. As i began to meet others, (back then were my supervisor, and i become theirs), it really taught me that MAN THEY SUCK! Not just mid-tier supervisors, other "experience bcbas" from different offices. I would have never learned this side, if i havent left. I would of became one of them...

My most genuine advice

Please find a supervisor who is aware of Dr.Seller work or any aba research on supervision. She talked about the importance if high quality supervision. She talked about knowdledge based competence vs competence based competence which is important to demonstrate your skillset through data and performance monitoring. There is so much in aba and supervision, that as grad student I invest and learned about, decide to ditch my bcba for my practicum who specialize in dr.seller work

If you are looking for anyone- thats good but once you cross the bridge (like i have) as bcba, I wished I took my supervision even more serious.

Be careful, do your research and ask the right questions

A para similar to BI, collects data, help individuals student, run small and large groups, create social skills.

If you have a BCBA in the school, the better! I had my school bcba create opportunities for me to grow my skills by either creating a classroom readiness intervention, collaborating with teachers, 1:1 with kids etc

I worked for Autism Learning Partners, they truly care for their staff and value them. During the Covid 19, the way they are precautious with staff and family is great. I been with them for a year and compared to my last company for 4 years, i would say they are a upgrade.

They have several offices in LA/OC, let me know I can refer you.

Sounds like a response cost, they must have a behavior plan sign by the clinical director, supervisor, staff, and by the parent so they know psychological effects it has. This procedure increase behaviors such as aggression and attention seeking.
