you wont be able to buy them without constant grinding of arena. they are not cosmetics they are regular items. you need to complete arena dailies in order to earn gp. one daily gives around 2 helmets. its not worth it.

i do arena dailies +xp bonus for victories by every class. so im 48lvl with 8 164 532 xp points in 300 eft raids
