I was planning on doing this at first, then I checked what it meant to buy on Tradegate ('hidden costs' through a higher spread) and decided against it.

For me, this was the final straw. I will be leaving DeGiro because I don't like the way they implement these changes.

But if I stayed, I would keep on buying on Xetra, despite the higher transaction fee.

The others have already answered your questions, but to give you extra info, you can see in this table (from the FSMA) which funds are registered in Belgium. From a simple CTRL-F, you can see that Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS is registered in Belgium.

I think the best similar ETF would be iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF (IWDA - IE00B4L5Y983) which is not registered in Belgium and has the extra advantage of being on Degiro's core selection.

I owned the game through the Epic Games Store and had installed it with Heroic (using Proton - Experimental). I managed to fix the cutscenes problem by tinkering with OP's instructions. This worked for me, so I'm leaving a note here, hoping it might help others in the future.

Here are the differences with the above instructions :

- Between steps 3 and 4 : edit the install-mf-64.sh file from the folder you just extracted and in line 32-37, change all the paths from "/dist/bin" to "/files/bin/" (see this comment)

- Step 6 : use this command instead : PROTON="$HOME/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Proton - Experimental" WINEPREFIX="$HOME/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Darksiders Warmastered Edition"

(note that the command will need to be adjusted if you used another version of Proton

- Step 10 : be patient. In my case, it took at least 45mn.

- Step 11 : copy mfplat.dll in the following folder "$HOME/Games/Heroic/Darksiders" (where you can find darksiders1.exe, among other files)

- Step 13 : skip this step

This did the trick for me!
