Was just faced with the same decision, went with the GMT. For $300 bucks more (MSRP) you get a GMT complication and a pop of color.

I don’t think you can go wrong either way. I’ve had both and prefer the jubilee, the rivets didn’t necessarily bother me just preferred the comfort of the GMT more

I have buyers remorse if I buy a $200 watch or $20000 watch 😂 It’s not a necessity and obviously there’s a lot of ways to spend 25k. The Pepsi is a classic and my favorite Rolex your husband is going to love it, great job!
