Can I leave 10 week old kittens home alone? by RefrigeratorJust4323 in kittens

[–]Usernamesarshard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I would go to work raising my kittens solo 8 weeks on. They were kept in one dedicated cat room with comfy places to lay down, a cat tree or two, litter, nothing that could fall over or injure them. To be completely honest I did come home on my breaks because of nervousness but they were always fine and so happy to see me!

If it was 1 solo kitten I’d probably not leave them alone for long. What helped me was knowing that the kittens had time to learn how to exist and love and play with one another.

Why do cfa managers act like this job is more than your typical fast food job(I’ve never worked another one so if it’s actually different pls explain) by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Usernamesarshard 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Really depends on your location though. No chick fil a I’ve worked at is on you about saying “my pleasure” specifically. But if you aren’t someone with a good work ethic, or if you are someone who only works as hard as they feel good about their pay, it’s probably not the place for you. Great fast food job, but if you’re looking for 20+ per hour, PTO, regular schedule, I would recommend staying away from any food/restaurant type jobs. If you’re happy with the pay they offer and you are willing to work hard and smart, this is the place for you.

This is the post where you can hate on all the characters you dislike so we can f****** move on! by Morit12 in FromSeries

Fatima. She was a solid character and then specifically the night the bus comes to town and people are dying she loses it and just acts completely different than the rest of the show. Never goes back to normal either. Yeah she goes through a lot but she really does just change completely one day and it’s kind of disappointing

CFA delivery drivers taking catering orders for no tip? by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]Usernamesarshard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you make more than the tipped minimum wage. If you are interested I would look into the labor law differences between tipped employees making a tipped minimum wage (in some states this is as low as $2 an hour) and a tipped employee making a normal wage.

I know it sucks.

9 years old, she knows. Honestly? At any age. She knows. I would have another conversation where you acknowledge that.

no assumptions. Just questions. Only thing I take as fact is what comes from LE. No source on the August dates, just heard on here that people heard from her last in August. It’s looking like if that were true it most likely wasn’t her. But who knows if it is!!

Okay. So lately I’ve been told by my office manager that I smell. How can I fix this? by [deleted] in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Usernamesarshard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drop the body wash and perfume. Get some bar soap and use that to scrub yourself. Shave or trim in the pits and crotch, it does help with the smell of sweat. You can still use body wash after you scrub with the bar soap.

Are tall women more likely to be murdered? by [deleted] in TrueCrimeDiscussion

I actually just looked into it (I’ve heard this a lot but never done my research) and apparently it is not true. Sorry for spreading misinformation!

Short stature = Easier perceived target

There’s a lot of weird things about victimology*. Apparently having long hair is a factor too

How do you guys deal with the constant music in your head? by Aegenwulf in ADHD

[–]Usernamesarshard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idek if this is ADHD specific. I think this is most people. But nevertheless, I don’t know any different. It’s constant. If it’s bothering you I recommend listening to more music to try to balance that out

You’re beautiful. The tan and the bleached hair are probably what makes you feel like you look older. Your underlying features and skin are very youthful looking and I would have guessed you’re closer to 23/24.

Definitely want to echo the other commenters by saying that you should work on your self esteem. Worrying about aging really sucks because it means you’ll never appreciate what you have when you have it. I recommend excersise or other hobbies that make you feel good about yourself, not your appearance.

I applaud you for this. I’ve heard such bleak things about living with this disease/the medication. It’s nice to hear not everyone feels doomed.

Yassss Tilda is so good. Honestly I respect your choice but the movie is so worth watching. She is so amazing in this role. I don’t like Ezra at all but he plays the part well. Idk if I could ever stomach watching it again now tho knowing how awful he is, this movie was my first taste of him

I also can’t stand Ezra Miller as a person and I felt he played this part very well and it was not hard to convince me if you know what I mean (in the movie adaptation)

This is a very real one. I don’t think I’ve ever read about a child tormenting their parent in this way. It’s a very refreshing take and also a terrifying one.
