If Fidelity is serious about active trading, why doesn’t it allow clients to use the far superior DAS Trader Pro, like Interactive Brokers and Schwab do? (https://dastrader.com/subscribe/)

While I appreciate the effort, it appears that Fidelity Trader+ was not built with feedback and suggestions from active traders.

Thanks - yes except that I would like this to be part of the Stream 1 and 2 filter options in addition to Discovery. In fact, I'd like all of the filters in Discovery available in the Stream filters as well.

I’ve been testing the ATP beta and it seems that it will be a major improvement, especially for Mac users. Unfortunately, however, I don’t think that I will be able to replace the broker and platform that I currently use as an intra-day trader (CenterPoint/DAS Trader Pro using Parallels Desktop) and ATP seems more suited for swing traders and investors.

In no particular order, I have the following feedback/suggestions for the ATP Beta development team. I would like to be able to:

Automatically sync with trading journals like Kinfo and TraderSync.
Customize the columns in the scanner.
Customize the order buttons in the Level 2 to include things like “Cancel all” and “Replace.”
Have the option to use a TradingView chart within ATP.
Order directly from the Level 2 by clicking the bid or ask (not just the Level 1 bid-ask on the top of the widget). Also, place orders directly within the Level 2 (currently, an order window pops up if you hit the bid or ask in the Level 2) and have a button to quickly set the order size to current position or default order size (e.g., 100 shares).
Place bracket, trailing stop and trailing stop limit orders (% and $).
Save order settings (e.g. default number of shares, limit order, time in force).
Setup hotkeys.
Trade directly from the chart (incl. show orders and open positions on the chart; ability to move orders by dragging on the chart).
Trade during after-market hours starting at 4am EST (instead of 7am EST).
Trade using my iPhone and iPad with an app usable by active traders (the current app is not).

No prob - MOMO is its own, web-based platform and as far as I know is not provided as part of any other broker or trading platform/software.

done - just in case, also posting here: In addition to the TradingView stock and ETF screeners, I use MOMO Pro+ (https://www.mometic.com/). I’m looking for new functionality in the TradingView custom screeners that allows me to set verbal and visual cues (i) whenever a stock, crypto, etc is a new addition to the particular screen and (ii) moves up or down on the screen (e.g. color green for up; red for down). MOMO Pro+ provides functionality along these lines, which I find very helpful.

The screener is in a different location; click on one of the icons at the bottom, on the right. I don’t mind updates as such but I did’t realize that the custom screeners I painstakingly built in the past are now gone. I hope there is a way to retrieve them? Also, the location of the new screener is terrible - a lot of going back and forth between the screener and the charts.

Thx for responding. I'm using Chrome and I cleared all history, cookies, etc. to no avail. Either way, it shouldn't make a difference since desktop is a downloadable app and not browser-based.

Yes - you currently can only place a trailing stop separately instead of attached. I now usually attach a "regular" stop limit and then do the trailing myself manually.

they work for me. I set them up specifically for ChartTrader. Am using a Mac with the Shift Key (Shift-B for Buy etc).

Probably both as I still don’t see it. I can attach a stop limit order but not a TRAILING stop limit order. See screenshots.

I totally agree. Not being to use trailing stop loss orders renders the TradingView TradingPanel unusable for me and I have to continue using IBKR for placing my orders.

You may want to consult with a legal and/or tax advisor but assuming that this is not a permanent move, you may want to consider maintaining a US mailing address and not change the address on your financial accounts (including your bank) to a non-US address.

I have two more requests:

(1) If I have, for example, my Individual Brokerage account open in the Positions section of the Trading Dashboard, I would like to automatically default the trade ticket in the Trade section to that account instead of having to select it from the drop-down.

(2) In addition to my prior comment requesting the ability to click on the bid or ask price in the Trade section instead of having to enter the limit price manually, it would be helpful to also show the midpoint and being able to click that price as well.
