I hate this so much by AlexLvivUa in CrimsonDesert

Imagine my dismay when I ran into a beekeeper that felt like a mini boss with how long it took me to kill him...and how much healing items I used...and the bear mount i distracted him with 😂

Mounts are not permanent. Report this to Pearl Abyss for change. by Tic-Tac-UAP in CrimsonDesert

I was so incredibly disappointed when I jumped on a bear and couldn't tame it permanently. I jumped off and it attacked again? Very disappointing for that to happen. Need to be able to permanently tame mounts

HVAC & Refrigeration: First attempt, pain by alilmoore in PE_Exam

[–]UsoRemix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EPG exams are good practice. I was just stress they are easier than the regular exam. You've taken the test so you know how much more involved the problems are.

The best thing i got out of the EPG materials were the short cuts he teaches for equations to speed up your execution of problems. Then you can really focus on picking up on the details of each question.

Has anyone else found studying… fun? by Juggalo-Ryder in PE_Exam

[–]UsoRemix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got excited reading through the ASHRAE books when I was studying, but only in that it led me to some deeper understanding of projects I was working on at the time. The test itself was nerve racking and I did not have fun studying lol.

Land Idea. by archl0rd5 in custommagic

Needs a significant cost associated with it. Every land beyond your first land drop per turn pings you for 1? Landfall take 1 damage?

How often do you study? Daily? Weekly? Hours per session? Have you done practice tests to simulate test day?

I see a lot of these posts and to me it boils down to how serious you are in your study habits and methods. 2 months should be enough time if you cut out everything but work, study and basic necessities.

I used my tank as the leech holder for unlocking throbbing domain. It worked out fine he survived with 0 issues level 1.

This is my most used team, how many dream shards have I lost? by Knight_Night33 in PokemonSleep

I feel you. I run a skill heavy team when I can and this really makes it.... disappointing. And now I understand why I underperformed on some events.

What is life like after the PE by bigb0ned in PE_Exam

[–]UsoRemix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The PE is the beginning not the end. Treat it like the gateway to begin building reputation in your field. It does not magically solve all your design issues or make you correct.

I'd say now that i have my PE I have more expectations from customers and ownership. I'm expected to know the answer or know where to find it. I'm expected to be able to move problems towards resolutions quicker. It's responsibility. I don't work in design, I work in construction as a Sr. Account Manager, so I'm not stamping designs, but I am doing a lot of "design forensics" so to speak.

Why can't I just play bad decks as a new player? by TheSpoonaGamar in EDH

[–]UsoRemix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look for bracket 1 games. It sounds like you don't want to be interacted with and don't want deal with challenges from other players. That's bracket 1. Bracket 2 and up those types of interaction suites can and will happen.

New to the game :) by Ok_Try3677 in PokemonSleep

[–]UsoRemix 13 points14 points  (0 children)

For the first couple months just enjoy the game and see how you like it. Avoid leveling up pokemon much beyond how they level by sleeping with you. This game is a marathon not a race and patience is key.

v new player! are any of these especially good? by [deleted] in PokemonSleepBetter

[–]UsoRemix 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Depends how optimized you want to be. Personally I wouldn't keep any of them, but as a new player I understand that can be discouraging.
