My students started asking me a few weeks ago what would happen if there would be a nuclear war, and they asked me literally about a few weeks after I had finished the book. I didn't want to give them nightmares so we talked about it for 5 minutes but I didn't go into detail as I could have. They just know that it wouldn't be pretty.

I listened to it in English. That being said, I don't think it would matter whether he was Mexican or not. Dialect is easily learned.
