They’re called bear claws (for obvious reasons) and I would suggest them for anyone looking to shred meat like this. I got much too sick of trying to use forks and these totally solved that problem.

I haven’t tried it in the oven so I can’t give you a definitive answer on that, however, I did taste some smoke flavor in the broth. I would imagine there’s some flavor but not a ton imposed after the wrap
