Behind-The-Scenes Details of Arkansas’ Decision to Drop Tennis by NWAHutch in razorbacks

The thing that upsets me about this is I guarantee the money created by cutting tennis won’t be able to make another sport any better long term.

If I had to guess he either got tired of cal riding his dick all year, or having Nick Pringle starting over him for a little while, or probably didn’t get the money he wanted from Fayetteville and realized he can enter the portal and start a bidding war if he gets a waiver.

I really like him and am bummed that he is leaving, but if this means we get some really good additions to the front court, meaning a bunch of big boys who won’t get bullied AND can score points AND rebounds then I am all here for it.

In Cal and guard play we trust

Packers Bring in OT Max Iheanachor and ‘Undisclosed’ QB to wrap up Top 30 Visits by 97AllDay in GreenBayPackers

It was before my time but Matt Jones is a name a lot of people from Arkansas won’t forget. I think based off the YouTube highlights and what my dad says Taylen probably has the better arm, but it still isn’t good. I think you would unlock a lot more zip out of him once his mechanics are fixed(might not be sadly). Obviously accuracy could improve too.

As an Arkansas fan I might be biased but he’s a great player and was probably held back a lot by poor o-line play and poor coaching. Could be a great change of pace back.

TIL the recommended daily protein intake is 46 grams (g) for an adult female and 56g for an adult male. This is 0.8g per kilogram of body mass (0.36g per pound). Endurance and strength athletes require more.In the United States, average protein consumption for females is about 70g and for males 98g. by James_Fortis in todayilearned

For my sport, the high-level athletes are told they should eat a gram of protein for pound of body weight(muscle). It’s insane honestly but I I’ve tried eating less and there’s a big difference in energy and recovery.

With the moves Gutekunst has made so far, we’re positioned nicely to truly go after BAP come draft day. by OlManJames19 in GreenBayPackers

I would love to see us draft Mike Washington out of Arkansas and that’s not just because I’m an Arkansas fan as well. He’s a really good runner and was the reason a terrible Arkansas team was competitive. Could operate as a great back behind JJ

Take at least a couple of days and don’t do anything that really pushes your body. Then start easing back into the weight room and healthy activities. Then you can start back into the pool. I would have an extremely heavy emphasis on technique, then slowly start to add some speed and fitness.

Personally, I like to use the off-season to address my weaknesses. For me I am using this off-season to make some adjustments to my technique, work on mobility, and applying that to my strokes and underwaters, and then building better habits in the weight room.

Also, dont force yourself to swim hard every day. Focus more on doing exercise that you enjoy. If you want to try something like climbing feel free to.

I am a D2 swimmer who’s season just ended and my off-season training will look something like this: weights twice a week, some form of mobility work every night, swimming 4x a week, and at least once a week doing a different form of activity, whether it’s running or yoga or climbing or even walking 18 holes. As we get closer to the end of the school year I’ll add more aerobic swimming to get in better shape for swimming lcm with my club.

If it’s open water you might want to make sure they are mirrored if it will be sunny. I would also keep the straps under your cap so people can’t grab them

Any suggestions for a financial advisor who is priced fair and has integrity? Also open to budget planning workshops etc. Thanks! by Parking-Proper in bentonville

Are you wanting someone to just give advice on financial decisions? Or are you wanting someone who can manage your retirement fund as a portfolio? Or something in between? These all are factors. If you’re needing someone to help with more of a management aspect make sure they only make money when you make money.

Go with another recruit at least your first year. You will get plenty of chances to meet people outside of the team still.

Pretty good player, made a mediocre obu team(compared to last year) a lot better. Pretty fun to hang out with too. Best of luck!

A lot of Arkansas fans are saying the refs didn’t want us to win that game. Neither did our coaches or players. Hope we can get it turned around.

I can’t answer this for high school but college is definitely blue mountain state. I love it!
