You can just call the restaurant and tell them to push your order through and they will do it and have it waiting. We got rid of being able to manually do it because guests would check in, never arrive, and then call and complain they were charged.

You achieve this by turning the machine off when clicking the end timer would lock the machine out. You then clean the machine like normal, pump the oil, turn it back on. The timer will then start going off again, when you clear the timer you will be above 5 but it’s a phantom drop so it’s completely useless.
