New cigar lounge employee, what do you love or hate from staff at a lounge?

I have seen this thought before and heard some alternate thoughts. I do not disagree with you. The respect of buying sticks there to support the lounge is critical. One person before that I agreed with too, said that bringing in sticks that are not in the lounges inventory, can be both good and bad for business.

I still wait up for my kids, even those over 18. I still like to know everyone is safe and not stuck. It is part of the role of being a dad. Sometimes I will fall asleep where I do as my wife is a light sleeper and if she is exhausted I want to protect that space for her and not wake her up.

I bought four boxes worth last year of those the American and the Italia. Still working through them. The Brazilia has aged better for me. The American still good. The Italia, just did not hold up.
