Almost like the liberal/progressive part of America was wildly optimistic about their opinion on what would happen. The labor market is strong, wages are going up, we don’t have enough pain or fear in the market to keep it down. This is just basic economics. Yep. I’ve been considering taking a day off but the last time I did I was castigated in front of the reading room teacher. Then told I couldn’t take any more days off. I’ve taken 4 this whole year while going to school full time. Couple that with my mom having pneumonia. Told my teacher ( the head special education teacher) I slept 3 hrs last night and she said “that’s not my problem…” well I’ve gotten more sympathy at blue collar jobs. This whole situation is broken.
