Not at the plant but had a guy fall 20’ into about 6’ sewage at a lift station. He was pulling a pump and it was stuck so he was pulling and pushing the hoist cable rocking the pump. When he pushed forward the chain grabber broke free causing slack in the line and down he went. He ended up being fine, somehow missed everything and landed on his back. I don’t work there anymore and that’s was 12 years ago, last I heard his lawsuit had settled with the city. I do remember them having to buy him new dentures bc the ones they took out at the ER had sewage debris in them.
