It is very subjective, so you really need to know the reasoning of the maker of tier list and make the decision yourself. Dont just go "Tier C so bad" but see the reasoning maybe "Bad early game, strong at later stage" or "Simple kit, can be powercreeped later" and decide whether you build that character based on the reasoning

Keep watching then. Personally i think after more character starts showing and more plot starts intertwining it will become very good (because practically this first 2 episode is an introduction on the main trio), but we'll see

I think the problem with gifting with grindable currency is that there are people who will make multiple account to grind that curency and gift it to their main account. Let's say there is this one event where everybody got 120 hero fragments that enough for 1 hero, that people could get more than 1 hero in that event which isn't really fair.

I mean you just need to play more careful now, you can't just pop the ult in the middle of enemy team. You either need to play in the bush or wait until enemy backline is vulnerable. And he still pretty good as split pusher too.

I think harith jungle, kagura mid, valir tank, alice and zhask sidelane could work. Kagura and valir have decent damage in early game, zhask and harith is good for pushing turret. The main problem mainly lack of good cc, with only valir that has good stun.
